K1 Visa G-325A, do I need to file?

I've completed the I-129f and I read through the I-129f instructions and the optional checklist on the USCIS website and I don't see anything about the G-325A, but I see some people have mention them on the their cover letter.

 

Do I need to include form G-325A with my k1 visa package to send to USCIS or should I wait as instructed?

No, you don't need to include it anymore, since the new version of i-129f includes now a section for all the biographical info :)

The info on VJ is outdated for the I-129F. No need for the G-325A anymore, it's included in the new form since earlier this year. 

01/13/2016: I-129F filed  07/15/2016: K-1 visa in hand
10/13/2016: Filed AOS + EAD/AP.   07/07/2017: Permanent resident (Conditional)
04/16/2019: Filed ROC  11/17/2020: Approved. (10 yr GC)

 

Naturalization                                                        
09/02/2020: Filed (Online)    09/08/2020: NOA1: (NBC) 
10/22/2020: Biometrics Reuse Notice.  12/22/2020: Online Status Changed to Interview Was Scheduled.  
01/29/2021: N-400 Interview - PASSED! 01/29/2021: Same-day oath ceremony.

Good luck with your petition submission! Make sure you are paying $535, which is the current fee :)

 

Submit a G-1145 to get text and e-mail notification from USCIS upon their receipt of the petition. Additionally, sign up for USPS Informed Delivery so that you'll get a scan of your letter sized mails on a daily basis via e-mail and you'll know in advance if you have a USCIS letter coming your way beforehand.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Thanks guys for the help. I am very excited for my fiancee to come and live with me and go where ever we want. I hope no trouble coming for my petition finger crossed.

It won't hurt to fill it up! 

 

We filed in february and in the instructions it said we didn't need to fill it out anymore, but for some reason we got an RFE telling us to submit at G325A!

 

 

AOS Timeline: Camie (Beneficiary)

Dec 08, 2017:               Married!
June 23, 2018:             Filed AOS (we waited until our savings reached above poverty guideline since we both moved here from the PH with basically nothing)

Aug 20, 2018:              Biometrics (I asked to reschedule but USCIS never sent a new date, so I did walk-in.)
Nov 5, 2018:                Received RFE for I-864 joint sponsor
