Dear All

Please I have a question regarding the application for the US passport and Card:

- I am supposed to have my Oath Ceremony on 08/07/2017, at the same time I want to travel to a country (which I need a visa application to go to) on 08/21/2017. 

- I have booked appointment on the same day with the Passport Agency on the same day 08/07/2017 in the afternoon ( not sure if this correct or not?).

- Now when I go to my appointment I understand I need to pay the expedited fees, and have a travel itinerary or confirmation which shows that I am travelling within 2 weeks? is this correct?

- I do not want to buy tickets now, just in case the passport be delayed or the visa be delayed or not even granted.

- So my question now:

1) How I can get a travel itinerary which will help approve my expedited passport application?

2) If I cancel my appointment with the travel agency, and I apply through USPS expedited process, how long will it take please?

Buy fully-refundable tickets and use that itinerary to obtain your US passport on an expedited basis.

Day 341 (12/10/18) Interview was scheduled for 1/14/19

Day 376 (1/14/19) Interview

Day 385 (1/23/19) Denied

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX
