Hi, DaisyMae! There were threads that talked about how slow Nebraska Service Center works on the petitions. I am hoping they're wrong.

My PD is May 24th 2017. Nothing so far but the processing times appear to be getting longer. My son called USCIS recently and he was told that if we had not heard anything by the end of March 2018 to call back. He was also told that they are receiving over 10000 I 130s each day 🙁

I’m sorry... i mean March 29, 2017 was my PD & It was approved already last week.

 

This is good news as at least NBC is moving.

Congratulations. When you say her Legal Permanent Resident Card do you mean her Green Card?

Did you submit an I 485 AOS or did you go through Consular processing ? Thanks

Hi Everyone,

The USCIS sent me an email just now. What is this meant?

Is this the NOA2? or just another evidence they are asking.

I really don't know what a NOA2 looks like and I haven't received the mail yet.

I will probably receive it 2 days from now.

i just want to prepare whatever the evidence they will ask from me.

We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the request for evidence.

@Dee elle Thank you very much for your reply. I received the RFE letter and also sent the additional documents to them already.

What is the content of the NOA2? Are they going to ask another additional documents from me? I want to know so that I can gather it ahead of time in case I don't have it yet. Appreciate anybody's reply. Thank you very much.
