my pd its july 14 and when I got my noa1 I cheked online and my inf came out... hope you problem get resolved soon

Just got NOA1 (electronically)  that my petition has been accepted exactly after a week it was received at the Chicago Lock box facility.

Greetings All. We concurrently applied for my wife's mother, receiving the NOA1 dated July 9th.

I think it would be great to start a tracker for everyone to keep updated (like the other forums have)... such as below. I'll start with ours.. Feel free to clean-up/add info! Try and keep formating and text the same if just updating with you info!

Hi, you can read the RAISE Act on Congress.gov

it is Bill 1720 

it states that any petitions submitted before the Introduction date of the Bill (not the date of enactment) will be deemed invalid. The worry now is that the Administration has included this section of the RAISE Act (eliminating parents category) in their demands for settling the DACA deal which needs to be settled before March 3rd.

Why is everyone worried about Raise act? This bill is not a law yet and has close to impossible from becomming a law.

 

That's nothing until it gets voted in the senate and passed.

My PD is March 29.. Nebraska is the worst service center as of now but at least it’s moving. Based on Visa Journey’s processing time, they currently are processing Feb. 4, 2017.

Oh wow, how do I View this on VJ? On the USCIS website the most up to date says IR5s for Jan 14th were being processed on September 30th ☹️
