Nope.  I couldn't care less about jokes aimed at Trump, but when foreign languages are used, use them properly.  Otherwise it just looks idiotic.

There are accents in Cyrillic just like other languages, when you are learning is it helpful in the textbooks when you want to understand the emphasis.

i am not sure how the accent made it over this y , but this is an interesting debate on how  Putin  is pronounced
