Do I need to Renounce Philippine Citizenship once I take my oath Ceremony? and can I still use my Philippine passport exiting US? I was planning to apply my US passport when i get to US embassy, Manila Philippines.

Not sure about dual citizenship involving a Filipino. However, once you're a naturalized US citizen, you'll need to use a US passport to exit and re-enter the US.

You automatically lose Filipino citizenship when becoming a US citizen.  But I understand you can re-apply for filipino Citeznship after the fact and become a dual citizen.  This question is probably better answered in the Philippines forum however.

Your Philippine Passport will no longer be valid once you take the oath, so you cannot use it. You can, as stated above, reapply for Philippine citizenship at the local consulate if you want. You would then need to get a new Philippine Passport...your old one is still no good. You would be able to enter and leave the Philippines with either passport (assuming you follow the steps just outlined), but you need to enter and leave the US with the US Passport. Good luck!
