NVC fee payment

How long does it take nvc to confirm your payment ...we paid the AOS fees on 17th july and the IV fees on 22nd of July , but it's still in proess 

and another question can we send the AOS and IV packages after confirmation of the payment or we have to wait till submitting DS 260 first ?

My fees cleared after 2 days. I did make the mistake the first time though to pay my AOS fee using google chrome and it didn't go through, so I had to wait a week for it to reset and pay it again using internet explorer. You do not have to wait to send your packages. I recommend you send them as soon as you have them ready. It takes 8-11 weeks for NVC to start processing them. So the sooner you get them in the better.

You can go ahead and send both packages together.  No need to wait.
