I had a pretty similar transition (F1 to H1B to AOS), with a divorce less than a year into my marriage.

Applied to ROC with a lawyer because I didn't have the time to figure out which documents I needed, or how to assemble them (worth it for me in that case) and was approved without an interview.

Hi, that was good that you were approved without an interview!

Are you able to briefly share what did you provide USCIS with your case? What and how many documents/ evidences etc. Since I am going through a divorce after married about a year, I always thought an interview would be necessary...

Would love to know how to not have to have that interview. Thanks!!

Also, does anyone know if the case involved both Domestic Violence and a Divorce. Can an applicant file "2" I-751 cases, one based on DV and another based on bona fide divorced marriage, and see if one of them gets approved? Or you can only do one?
