ROC interview when divorced after a year (split)

Are you able to briefly share what did you provide USCIS with your case? What and how many documents/ evidences etc. Since I am going through a divorce after married about a year, I always thought an interview would be necessary... 

Would love to know how to not have to have that interview. Thanks!!

 

 

Also, does anyone know if the case involved both Domestic Violence and a Divorce. Can an applicant file "2" I-751 cases, one based on DV and another based on bona fide divorced marriage, and see if one of them gets approved? Or you can only do one?

If you  can prove abuse then you can choose both options.If you  choose both options you must be divorced but  if you choose just l751 waiver based on extreme cruelty you  don't need to be divorced.
