On March 14th 2017(My birthday),I had my K1 visa in lagos&was sent back to the U.S. for revocation because of a problematic visa officer that interviewed me.

In April 2017,my husband(then fiance) came to Nigeria to marry me,went back to the states in May&filed the I- 130 Petition.

Last night DHS,called my husband(the petitioner)to tell him that our revoked K1 has been reviewd&sent back to Lagos for a second interview to be conducted but unfortunately,we are now married&filed the I- 130. So the immigration officer that called told us we will hear from him on/before August 15th Will that one have any ppsitive effect on our CR1 petition?

Your K-1 is most definitely revoked now, and it should have no effect at all on your CR-1 process.  You will, of course, have to provide convincing evidence of a bona fide marriage.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

No effect.  I would say if anything it is a good sign that they were going to send the K1 back to the embassy, that is very rare.
