I-864 for both parents.

Hello! Does anybody know how to fill out part 3 and 5? I filed 2 separate I-130 form for my mother and my step-father. They will be immigrating at the same time.

 

In part 3: Do I need to include my step-father into my mom's I-864 form and check both 1 and 2 boxes? And vice-versa for my step-father's I-864, do I include my mom?

                                                                                                                                          Or do I leave it blank? And just  mark Part 3, question 1 "YES" ?

 

Also how do I calculate in Part 5 if I include them both? Or if I don't include? Which one is right?

 

1 option: 

Me,my husband, my daughter, my son (4) + mom(1) = household size: 05 ( shows on I-864 for my mom if I don't include my SF in Part3)

Me,my husband, my daughter, my son(4) + st-father(1)=household size: 05 (show son I-864 for my SF, if I don't include my mom in Part3)

 

2 option:

Me,my husband, my daughter, my son (4) + mom, my step-father(2) = household size: 06

Me,my husband, my daughter, my son (4) + my step-father, my mom (2)= household size: 06
