Flying domestically is no different from driving from one place to another. No passport needed. If you have a valid driver's license you can even use that.

Is your new husband not going with you? What does he use when he flies domestically?

JFH thanks for replying! 😊..my husband got work in those days but he will go to texas too, soon after..he said this is going to be the first time he will fly domestically too..though he visited me in the Philippines before..I hope my foreign (Philippine) passport would do as identification..I haven't applied for a driver's license or ss number yet..I might need to wait for the Employment Authorization document first.. 😊

If the I-94 will still be valid, then there's no potential issue at all. Just show the passport (or any other valid photo ID). If that were to expire and you need to fly, there is a very slim chance that it could be an issue - airports have federal employees that are authorized to request proof of immigration status. If you have the NOA1 for the I-485 by then, you can show that in the rare event that proof of authorized stay is requested. The NOA1 is proof of authorized stay while your case is pending. Again, it most likely won't even come up...but being prepared is prudent.

Yes it will work for your identification. Just remember you have to book your ticket in the same name as your passport.

I've seen it written here before that it's a good idea to carry a copy of NOA1 from your pending I-485 application as well as a copy of your marriage certificate. My wife and I have traveled by plane across the country and, so far, no one has looked at anything beyond the bio page of her passport even though we have copies of both aforementioned documents just in case Speaking of that, it would be wise to book all travel in your wife's maiden name until she gets an EAD/AP card or her green card. We've encountered no issues with the TSA by doing that.
