ASSESSMENT LETTER for Household Member ___Reese________________________________

Regarding Your Form I-864A Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member, and Required Financial Evidence

===================================================================== ========

These instructions refer only to the Form I-864A completed by the household member named above. The National Visa Center (NVC) reviewed your Form I-864A Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member. This form had one or more sections with missing or incorrect information; was missing required supporting documents; or both. Please review the instructions below. You will need to correct your Form I-864A and collect missing documents as requested.

Do not send the corrected form and documents to NVC. Instead, give all requested documents to the visa applicant, who should present them to the consular officer during the visa interview. Don't forget to sign your Form I-864A by hand. Your signature cannot be typed or electronic. The applicant may bring a photocopy of the signed form to the interview.

Failure to submit the requested documents at the time of the visa interview can delay this case. If you need to complete a new Form I-864A, you can access the form and instructions online at uscis.gov/i-864a. Additional information can be found at nvc.state.gov/aos (English) or nvc.state.gov/aos/espanol (Spanish).

You do not need to contact NVC at this time. After we schedule the immigrant visa interview, we will send the applicant an appointment letter.

make a decision regarding this requirement.

Me and my Father (Co Sponsor) Both Filed the i-864 forms and we never filed the I864A Form and are baffled

My Father Makes more then the poverty guideline 142k and i dont know why we were issued a checklist

I'm trying to figure out why they issued a checklist for a document we never submitted and a checklist about not having enough to sponsor.

When we sent the package we included 3 years transcripts each so i have no clue

1.Your father live with you at the same address?

2. Does he filling tax together with your mother?

I live at the same address as him but I'm a dependent and his taxes are jointly but not mother dosent work. I cannot put anyone as dependents on my i864 because I'm a dependent if my father and he asked co sponsor.

Yeah, he should have completed i-864A if using household income.. This is why you can bring it to your interview. :) Sounds like an automated checklist, not one personalized for your situation.. Call the NVC on monday to confirm that you just need to bring the i864A to the interview. :)

Form I-864A, Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member, is an attachment to Form I-864, Af davit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA. A separate Form I-864A must be used for each household member whose income and/or assets are being used by a sponsor to qualify. Each Form I-864A is completed and signed by two individuals: a sponsor who is completing Form I-864 and a household member who is promising to make his or her income

and/or assets available to the sponsor to help support the sponsored immigrants. The combined signing of this contract constitutes an agreement that the household member is responsible along with the sponsor for the support of the individuals named in this contract.

This contract must be submitted with Form I-864.
