Please Help! My hubby and I have been married for 5 years and have a beautiful daughter together, during this time I have petitioned for his Green Card. We have alread gotten approval of the I-601A (unlawful presence waver) and we have the interview date set and we are waiting to leave for Honduras. My question is what is the interview process like and were any of you approved? My husband has been living in the states for about 12 years. So please tell me about your experience if you fall into the same category. A lot of people in this forum have had great success and im so excited for them however, they all were living in Honduras, my husband has not been living in Honduras (we met and got married in the states) he was living here illegally.

Hello my husband just had his interview last Tuesday. He too has lived here in the US for about 12 years. I had the pre approved I-601A and his case was approved at the interview. We are just waiting on his visa/passport. Send me a private message if you'd like more details.

I was wondering how long was the wait time from waiver approval to interview date.
