what do I do first.? Do I submit the i129f and if so what's next.? help please

Please download the latest I-129F form from USCIS website. Current fee is $535. Don't forget to enclose the various evidence mentioned in the K-1 guide above

1) Submit I-129F + supporting documents (listed in the guide...note that the G-325As are no longer needed)

2) Wait 3-4 months for approval (or an RFE)

3) Wait about a month for NVC processing then to the embassy. You can call NVC during this period to get your case number and get a jump on the next steps.

4) Submit DS-160, pay the MRV fee, schedule your interview. The timing of this varies from embassy to embassy, and some embassies schedule the interview for you once the case is ready (they may send a "packet 3" of what to do next).

5) Gather documents prior to the interview.

6) Interview

7) Wait for approval (hopefully), or submit additional documents if they were missing/requested.

you will ok submitting this:

 

-       Payment check  

-        I-129F  Form

     - passport style photo (Petitioner)

-      passport style photo (Beneficiary)

-        Birth certificate copy and biopage passport copy (Petitioner)

-       Divorces certificates (petitioner and beneficiary) if  you were married before

-       Letter certifying intent to marry (sing byPetitioner)

-       letter of intent to marry (sing by Beneficiary)

-       Proof of having met in person in the past two years (boarding pass, passport stamp, pictures together)

-       Some screenshots from conversations on Skype and text message on the phone

To clarify, this is the petitioner's proof that they are a USC. You should provide ANY single item of the following (and this list is not complete):

• Copy of birth certificate (if citizenship received via birth in the US)
• Every page of your US passport (just the bio page is insufficient)
• Copy of naturalization certificate (if naturalized)
