it should be.. because she will be fully enrolled in those courses and have documents to prove she will come back to continue studying

But those courses can be dropped if, as you say, "gets in the way of visiting you."

Children should be a tie also but we have seen many times where they were left behind.

only once for a month :/

i know its been no time but were certain we wanna marry

So why are you trying for a B2 and not a K-1 then? Why is the B2 so important if you have already decided you want to get married? Were you going to try to use the B2 for her to stay and adjust status and not have to go through with the K-1 process or what?

Ummm that is quite the assumption. He said get married eventually. He mentioned nothing about that. Probably to continue to see how the relationship goes?

Obviously alot of ppl want to get a tourist visa and can't so end up going the k1 route.

I don't assume anything, I'm asking questions. Valid questions as we have seen this happen over and over on this forum.

I did the K1

I also visited many times, why would someone not want to visit?

Of course, but sometimes it seems as if some people think "B2 or K-1, what to choose?", as if both are perfect ways to enter and adjust. That's why I asked.

The people I personally have met who have adjust in country have been on the VWP. Certainly K1 can perhaps be filed sooner than might otherwise have been the case due to lack of options.

Scandi is not the only one who thought the same thing. I asked the same question on page one. Lots of people on here have done it. It's not an assumption, it's a valid question based on experience from other members.
