Momentarily, it did say they were working on 15 Feb cases as of 31 May.

And as of 30 April, they were working on 15 January cases

My theory is that they changed it to 1 January in order to ease up the number of enquiries

You can probably just call them and say that you know there is an email that military are supposed to be able to send their expedite request to using their .mil address... and that you'd like to proceed with that. The people who took your other requests probably wasn't aware of that (which is terrible in itself).

I just called today and inquired about the month of applications they're working on and I got a scripted answer as well. They said that they have a backup of applications from January. I also see applications from March approved, so there's a silver lining somewhere.

It would be nice for them to have told me that..iv called the military help line countless times, the fact they send me straight to the normal help line it aggravating anyway. I should call and ask them that..Thank you
