Well I hope you're not too far off... maybe call your senators office if it's that urgent and have them look into the expedite request. It's normal that it slows down over summer unfortunately.

Really? So you can't be helped by the local office in your state? If so that's really sucky! 

I went through the K1 same time last year. Had my embassy interview about a year ago.. POE'd end of Oct 2016, married on Halloween, sent AOS in Nov and got my conditional green card in March of this year.. so we are currently not in any process really. It's nice to just be for a bit b4 it's time again when ROC comes! :)

That's true my f called uscis they said they have a lot of workloads and they're still working for January and feb filers but why their are march and April got their noa2 I think all what they said is scripted.

The ppl that answer the phone at uscis have the same info that's on the website - so that's all they say even if it's old info.

They don't call it the misinformation line for nothing :)

It's possible that they are still working on some complex January cases. From my experience, the website data reflected the oldest petition currently being worked on. Maybe there are a few random January files still in process that had several RFEs or needed extensive background checks on the petitioner? Immigration comes in all shapes and sizes. Just because our cases may be straightforward, doesn't mean every case is. 

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

Wow, I requested an expedite for the same thing and they told me to send some docs from my .mil address. I did just a few minutes later and within the hour had both the request to expedite approved and the petition approved.  Start to finish the whole ordeal took less than an hour. .
