I'm curious to see how this goes as well.  Fargo is by far our closer office, it is 5.5 hours to Minneapolis from where we live in MN.  My husband is applying under the 5 year rule in late Jan or Feb.

I am curious also. I am 3.5 hours from MSP, had to go there for my stamp. I am applying online in January under the 3 year rule. I'm following this thread, and a couple of others quite closely these days.

ROC

02/16/2017   Biometrics done

10/24/2017   Traveled to Minneapolis for I551 stamp

02/26/2018     Case received by Field Office - S. Paul

05/012018     Case transferred to another USCIS office for processing

N-400

02/02/2018    Filed N-400 online

Do people still have interview or oath in ND ?

There is no Immigration Officer in Fargo now.  They will at times bring IO from other states to Fargo, Bismarck and Minot.  Of course they will not tell you anything about when or where.  I am still waiting for an interview after 16 months....

Not quite.  They sarted the year with about 300 day backlog, now up to about 350 days (based on their last published data), or just shy of 12 months.  So "on average" they would be working on December 2016 filers at present time.

Finally they have sent out my oath ceremony letter! Can wait until i get it in my mailbox. I’m so excited to know where and when it will be held. It has been almost a year for me already! I sent my application in the mid of last Dec, did biometric on Feb 3rd, and interviewed on Sep 18. I can wait to be done with this long journey!

Passed my test on Thursday!!  That was the good news; decision "could not be made" was not so good news.  Guess that is pretty common, but I guess I was hoping something about this process could be smooth.  So now I will wait, but at least one step closer...
