My husband also has his interview 9/11 (tomorrow) In Guatemala City , I'm in the US waiting for him hopefully he will be home soon !!

Thank you! His is also at 8:15 ! Make sure to tell your hubby to be there early I've on other threads that they give those with appointment and approved I601 a number before they head inside.

jessica- yes I'll be sure to update with the questions asked . I've read on other threads that they have asked when and where y'all met and how 

when he entered and ugh I can't Remember the other two. It was 4 questions I'll go back and look for them

Hi ladies just got a call from husband his visa was approved !!!! 

 

The only thing is that that it will be ready in TWO weeks!  I was looking forward to seeing him soon ! 

He said they only asked for the marriage certificate the original and that was all

They say two weeks but my cousin had his visa in hand in 4 buss. Days.

CONGRATS!!!  I just got the approval call as well!!!!!! And the two week news 😞 but maybe they are just saying that to cover themselves in case it takes longer? 

 I was driving my work car and had to pull over somewhere because I was screaming, laughing and crying at the same time LOL I'm so happy for you all and I know what a relief this is! 

 My husband answered questions about our marriage and about a car accident he had when he was 16 years old but other than that it was mostly about our marriage.

Sorry maybe I misworded lol they asked him 3 questions he didn't tell me what they were , but out of all the docs we sent and had on hand they only cared for the original marriage certificate 

 

i really hope we get it in 4bsd ! 

 

 

I got out CC 8/2/17 (exactly 11wks from docs being sent to NVC) & on 8/7/17 we got our email with the interview date.  We received it by mail around week of 8/14
