Do I need Engagement document included in i-129f

Got up early morining 5 am western time thinking about it already !!!

do i need to include "engagement document" along with the form i-129f when i submit ?

i need to be oversea to finger printed for those documents, but don't mind to go.  may be there is a better way.

Supplying evidence of relationship is a normal thing with I-129F but I've never heard of engagement documents what more ones that need to be fingerprinted. Engagement ring receipt, sure

You only need a letter of intent to marry. One from the petitioner signed and dated and one from the beneficiary signed and dated.

No need for any such thing... you don't need to be "formally engaged"... there's no legal status that says engaged. You just need the intent letter.

Evidence of relationship is just fine for I-129F. Evidence of engagement can be engagement ring receipt, change of relationship status on Facebook, engagement party photos etc. But a document with fingerprints? Not really.

The only thing you have to prove for the i-129f is that you met in the last 2 years. That along with your letter of intent is all that is required.

That said, we also sent pic of us with engagement rings, receipt of them purchased when he was visiting me and the statement from his credit card showing he paid for it. That shows both that we are engaged and that we met and when. We also sent copies of his boarding passes and flight itinerary, about 6 other photos, dated and explained who was in them, (my mom, brother sis-in-law)... I'm sure I left something out... but pretty much.

Not duration... you have to have met within the last two years.

All we sent was letters of intent...proof of our meeting, scans of ticket stubs, receipts, passport stamps. Hotel accommodations , pictures of us with her wearing her ring..i screen shot the relationship changes on fb..and we did have a engagement party with friends and family...so i encluded a few pictures of the engagement party...flew threw the first time approved...
