Just make sure the DS-3025 is marked 'COMPLETE' and that you're filing AOS within a year of the original K-1 medical (assuming you're adjusting from K-1).

 

If you're missing shots, then you'll need to get those administered first and have everything transcribed onto the I-693.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
