I visted the untied states 8 times, first time as J1 student .. the others b2 visa.. i get married to a us citizen in the last one. And i travelled back to my country with master degree acceptance from a well known university.. also i took my i20 back with me.. i paid the full 1st semester fees .. i wanna apply for f1 visa.. and i dont want to apply to the green card ever because  i cant stay in the United State..  i have  four successful businesses in my country.. is there any problem if i applied for f1 visa?  Ps.;

 

1-My b2 visa still valid for one more year. 

2- my semester start after 6 month and i can't enter the states only month before the program start as written on the i20.

3- i could make change status through the university but i didnt because i cant stay so many months far of my work "is this will consider evidence ??

4-bank statement on my i20 is 400k

5- the girl i marreid to originally from my country.

There seems no reason why you can not apply, please let us know how you get on.

There was someone here a few months back married to a US citizen that got an F1. But the US citizen lived in the country of the foreigner. 

 

Are you starting in the Spring semester? (January). Maybe that is what you mean by "six months". If so, I do think it is good that you went back to your country and are taking care of your businesses. You need a good reason for the Master and if it is related to your businesses, then that is a good enough reason for doing the Master.

 

Maybe have your wife visit you in the time you are in your country. They can check that and it could show you are not doing to Master as an excuse to be with her. Is she planning to move to your country eventually? This is just an idea, I don't know if it will matter but it could be evidence that you are not planning to relocate to the US.
