You can only apply 90 days before the end date of your 2 year conditional GC, not a day sooner If you apply before the 90 days it will be rejected.

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

GC  Conditional date:  05/26/2015

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018

Biometrics:                    02/22/2018

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(

May I know anybody who has used any Accredited Representative or Attorney for filing I-751.

Has their legal representative used 2 G-28's for filing I-751( preferably joint filing i.e good faith) .

My Representative says we need two(2) G-28's .

The reason my Representative says we need two is 1 for the Conditional Resident (i.e Me) & 1 for my US Citizen  Spouse.

Any Response is Appreciated.

why is one needed for your spouse? the i751 is your petition and yours alone.your spouse can file with you but they are simply agreeing that you entered into the marriage truthfully and are still happily married. just seems to me like the lawyer just wants more fees.
