F1 OPT status, mailed out the package and received notices in mail already. (AOS based on marriage to a USC)

The problem is in Feb I worked at this tutoring center for literally 2 days before I found another full time job. I forgot to mention this tutor position on my G325A for i485.... I tried to contact this tutoring center but they are closed for business until 2018...

I never got a W2 from them since I only saw my supervisor... like twice...

So will my I485 get rejected since I forgot to report that employment? Should I mail USCIS an updated G325A or wait for a RFE letter? or should I call USCIS first?

Thanks a lot! I know this is such a dumb mistake but just want an input regarding how serious this could be....

You never got a w2? Did you actually receive pay from them?

It's definitely not something that would cause a denial. You answered honestly and forgetting a job you had for 2 days and received no w2 for isn't intentionally being deceitful.

Most people actually use the w2's to recall all of their jobs if they had many.

Good luck!!!!

I set up direct deposit and received like $100 in total. The thing is I can't reach my supervisor and can't know for sure if they reported my tax info/terminated it...

just called USCIS and rep said it's up to me... I can either mail in a letter with an updated G325A or just sit tight and leave it like that...

The only thing I'm worried about is the I-130A which asks for past employment history up to 5 years too... USCIS rep told me to either 1.mail a letter with my receipt notice as cover letter, explaining that I forgot to report my part-time job; 2.wait... What should I do?
