Ok thank you so much this helps. I didnt know i needed his birth certificate. The intent to marry letter from him also has to be in English correct.?

Yes. That is correct.  I mailed my fiance via DHL the intent to marry letter and he returned it signed and notarized to me along with his inextensive birth certificate. Each mailing costs us $65 each.  If you have Facebook look me up Nelly Santos and I can send you copies of how I put my package together.

Yes we are working on that right now i explained to him how his picture needs to be. When i speak to him today i will let him know about the birth certificate. I cant seem to find you on facebook what does your profile pic look like.?
