Has anyone been approved yet that filed and received NOA1 in January 2007?

February 21, 2007 - I-129F received by TSC

February 27, 2007 - NOA1 approved by CSC

March 12, 2007 - received NOA1 by mail

April 19, 2007 - Touched

May 14, 2007 - Touched

May 14, 2007 - NOA2 Approved!

May 15, 2007 - Touched

May 23, 2007 - NVC Received

May 25, 2007 - Left NVC

June 7, 2007 - Consulate Received Petition

June 12, 2007 - Received Interview date from NVC

June 29, 2007 - Packet 4 received

July 23 & 24, 2007 - Medical appointment completed

August 13, 2007 - Interview(Visa Approved!)

September 28, 2007 - Sharon arrives in US

December 22, 2007 - Civil Wedding

Febuary 10, 2008 - Chicago Office recieves AOS package

Febuary 15, 2008 - Check cashed for AOS

March 7, 2008 - Case Transfered to CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER

March 8, 2008 - Biometrics Taken

May 13, 2008 - Received Welcome Letter Notification

May 16, 2008 - AOS Approved

No need for the glaringly very large letters, I see just fine with the standard size afforded in the post. This way it looks as if you're yelling. ;)

There is a thread called January Filers in this very forum where you posted your question. That is where you can see who, among the January 2007 filers, has received their approval.

You'll have to scroll towards the end of the thread to see the posts w/ approvals because this thread like the others for filers in other months, was started in January as people were filing their petitions.

But to answer your question, there over 20 approvals here from January filers...mostly from the first half of the month.

5-29-07 Packet 3 returned, few days later than planned due to bank holiday weekend

6-06-07 Medical in London (called to schedule on May 29)

6-14-07 Resent packet 3 to Embassy after hearing nothing about first try

6-22-07 DOS says "applicant now eligible for interview," ie: they enter p3 into their system

6-25-07 DOS says interview date is August 21

6-28-07 Help from our congressional representative gives us new interview date: July 6

7-06-07 Interview at 9:00 am at the London Embassy - Approved.

7-16-07 Visa delivered after 'security checks' completed

I-129F approved in 111 days; Interview 174 days from filing

Wow, just think half of Marches VSC has their NOA2's now...CSC is pittiful and equality in government handling sucks...the system needs an overhaul bad.

Feb. 27-NOA1, received CSC.

Mar. 27-Found VJ, and became disappointed for not being able to use VSC.

Mar. 27-Applied for military expedite and got congressional help.

Technically, I guess, you're right, all caps means yelling. But crazy giant font size really can't mean normal tone, can it?
