Scratch Sarnia off the list - Mephys crossed this weekend and they said "No way, Jose!" Ok, maybe they didn't use those words, but it pretty much amounted to the same thing.

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

Really? I was the one that started the 'rumour' as one time when I crossed back home, it wasn't very busy and I got chit-chatty with one of the agents. She said, yeah, it would be no problem. Sorry, Mephys! One of my groomsmen's dad is a retired officer from Port Huron. I should ask him.

I had called the Peace Bridge at Fort Erie and they told me that they give the stamp ... that was about three weeks ago .. :)

Met in Cleveland 07/07/05 ... Fireworks!!!

07/27/07 - Beautiful marriage .. now you may call me Mrs. :)

07/28/07 - Filed AOS,EAD, and AP for me and AOS and AP for my son via UPS .. received 08/01

08/16/07 - applied for ssn

09/03/07 - received ssn card

11/07/07 - AP approved and received 11/12/07 :)

I crossed at Peace Bridge at Fort Erie on Feb 5. And they were INSISTANT that they did NOT give the stamp, and that NO ONE at ANY POE gives the stamp. I was then told that I could just go an get a job because no one really cares anyway. Nice...

Anyway...I wouldn't trust Peace Bridge officials as far as I could throw them.

I asked them if by any chance they could stamp my passport with that EA stamp and the supervisor that was helping the guy taking care of my K-1 (was his first time) told me that unfortunately they dont give these stamps anymore, i said I read that someone did (to try) and he said it must be another POE....oh well.

Besides funny thing about Port Huron, when the guy saw my K-1 he yelled in the office " Ok guys who wants to do a K-1!!!!" Nobody wanted to, nobody knew how, and the only girl that seemed to be familiar with it was busy doing a TN.....So we told him we were not on a rush to take his time, and then his supervisor came to help with the SOP...everything went smooth and all.....but it looks like they do K-1 once every 6 months...and I might be generous. Funny thing is he went all chitchatting with my fiance cause he knows the game we met in.....lol
