Good day visa journeys,

 

I feel frustrated as its been 20 days now (07/08/2017)  since i have paid my IV fee, Up untill now its still In Process. I have called several infact most of everyday of the week to ask what is goin on with my case.. 

 

There is a little bug in my case on where it says i have to pay iv fee again (pay now) but when i click reciepts its says in process.  i have discussed this bug over the phone with nvc and advice me to send a proof of payment drom my bank through email to ask.nvc@state.gov..

 

Hoping for my status to change from pay now!  to PAID so i can proceed with DS260. 

 

i am really concern about the bug perhaps it matters even though i have spoken with nvc several times about it but it seems like they are not in control and keeps telling  me to wait it out!

 

Anyone have similiar situation pls free to post a reply or comment

i did call again but they don't wanna transfer no matter how much i beg and because theres no reason for them to assist me further and they said that my case is already on the list that i got affected along with 100 others!!

 

i even reasoned that my lawyer keeps telling me to call until i spoke to supervisor... they keep saying they cant transwer me same reason can't assist me further just have to wait until ceac is fix!

Wow, this iv fee bug happens to me exactly.

I paid IV fee on July 22 and my bank get charged 325$ on July 25. The IV fee payment status is showing in process. I called NVC everyday and they keep saying that they know 

the bug and I need to wait patiently. Yesterday, I log in nvc website and it shows  IV fee payment status is "not paid" I called NVC again, they are very rude and refuse to transfer me 

to supervisor. Everyday, I wasted 90 minutes on those useless calls and login nvc hundreds of times and just found out their stupid bug still there.

Have you got any progress yet? We got stuck in their stupid system bug, then we can not access the DS260 form. Shame on them

when i called that day the second time the a guy told me that next week the bug will be fixed and updated.. or  he might be just telling me that so ill stop calling...  in still kinda relieved that i'm not the only one specially the stupid bug. waited 22 days now 😕

wow, they don't know how much we suffer! 

Did you use IE to do the payment?

I use google chrome to do the payment and one nvc representative say that I should use IE to do the payment,

the reason we stuck there maybe due to the web browse we used.

22 days without response? horrible service and expensive fee

i used safari... they should have told us or informed us about this before we did payment or even just a small sign or even a fine print at thr bottom of the page!!!

That's right, they should inform us on their website to use IE rather than making us depressed so much like this. This is horrible!

I paid my IV fee since 08/08/2017 and up till today, it is still showing "IN PROCESS". I'm highly frustrated. I'm tired of calling them. I think I have to wait it out.
