Hi im new here, im just confused,,

Dear Sir/Madam

This is ____,  My Daughter was _____,  I was petition of my mother _____. My concern is she was the  derivative beneficiary petitioned which has been "AGED OUT" and NOT listed in the website which is CEAC.STATE.GOV. Im asking and believe that if there is a possible way that my daughter's name would be listed in the website and the CSPA age would be calculated as soon possible, and there a possible that she will go with us And able to pay the visa which $325. We've already fill out the application form in the said website.

Our NVC CASE NUMBER: _____, The PRIORITY DATE was _____.  I hope her name will be listed as soon as possible. Her birthday was _____ and She is 21 years old and 10 months. As I research about Child Status Protection Act Law and hopefully she is applicable. Thank you very much!

Principal : Me
Accompany : my daughter who is not included
PETITIONER: MY mother
(LAWFUL PERMANENT/GREEN CARD HOLDER)

I have same issue but what confuses me most is when you calculate the cspa age you need the date that the visa become available and I don't know if the second table witch is" the date for filling and that's when they start processing the case " is when you have visa available or we have to wait till the final action become current?

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

Yes, it is different. Approval letter petitioner receives after 2-3 years petition was filed and welcome letter you receive after 7 years, when your PD in 2nd chart became current for further processing. Ask petitioner for more details about it, because time counts from when your petition was filed till it was approved, it'll add you an extra time.

Please reply.. because that time im under age and we do not know when the welcome letter would receive that time. After that when im already 21 we have receive the welcome letter then we check my name doest not included. And how we will submit ds230 or ds260 if that time in still under 21 basically under age
