Im currently filling up the K1 visa form and on part 2 questions 38e and 38f  asking for  passport and travel document number. My fiance is on process getting her passport and it will take a month to get it.

Can I still send the completed form to USCIS without the passport and travel document number?

Is she currently in the US? If she is not, Item 38 does not need to be completed.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

@KULtoATL

No, she is in the Philippines and she is getting her passport done which will take 1 month.

Do I still get aprove in case I leave item 38 N/A?

OK, then you do not need to complete Item 38. You can put N/A, that's fine. That won't affect anything.
