I 751 (VAWA) - Receipt not recived

I filed my I 751 on July 5th.

 

My attorney received NOA1 on July 17th (Dated July 10th), bu I never received.

 

I spoke to tier 2 rep today. He said, they cannot provide information for VAWA, I need to mail Vermont center.

 

70 Lower Welden st
St Auburn
CA , VT - 05479

 

I am worried, if I miss my Bio metrics appointment. I will be sending a mail today saying, I did not received the receipt.

Anyone came across my situation? Any suggestions on next steps?

 

I doubt infopass can help.

I am also suppose to get one right?

 

My only worry is, I should be getting bio metrics NOA2 as well, by this time.

 

I did not received yet.

 

Lot of people applied around my timeline already got thier Bio metrics date.

Your lawyer receives everything and they are supposed to mail you a copy of it or you can go to their office and request a copy for your own personal records

I will keep checking with my Lawyer's office.
