Is that like a perk for long time users and posters? Some magic you got there. Hahah thank you good sir. Or I'm probably just blind

It's a moderator perk and you're welcome

I would say blind but my picture is of both of us so it does make it hard to figure out who is posting. I think after all these years I might just change it. Maybe hmm I don't know

Who can I possible make a call to in order to clear this fiasco and just literally stamps her approved: USCIS? NVC

Neither. USCIS and NVC don't issue visas. Only the embassy can do so (which are under DOS, not DHS like USCIS).

You have to go through the embassy to get it straightened out. USEM likely won't be able to do anything via phone...just email / the secure website (https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/?language=English&country=Philippines). That said, it sounds like they either didn't get a record or got a wrong one, or saw something that wasn't discovered elsewhere along the way. They need time to clear it up, and unless they contact you for more information, I'm not really sure there's anything you can do. The letter your fiancee received is a generic 221g.

I'd say leave it be for now and wait until they get to a decision. Everyone goes through AP after an interview, some for just a few hours and others for weeks or even months. My recommendation is to sit back and wait for a while to see if anything changes, it's very possible they will make a decision fairly soon. And since you say you don't have anything in your criminal records there's no reason for them to deny the visa either if that's what the issue is.

Honestly, I don't think Jag can help. As much as I respect Jag, they're not well versed on immigration matters, I'm speaking from experience. I think you should let it play out and if all fails, then get in touch with your senator. Good luck to you guys.

I was speaking more to cleaning up as he says a record he does not have, it seems he believes their is erroneous information in his file.

Just an update guys as the Embassy replied quick enough; apparently they still saw that I have a felony record in a place I was never been and explicitly requests for those records to be presented before anything else happens.

I do wonder how are their reading skills and verification of their own work, those Consular Officers,  but I can bet it's definitely not superb

How can I obtain a clearance or something along that line, just to stop this nonsense?

I totally forgot to edit this post for awhile now but this topic is now closed. I diligently followed all the respondents' advices and added my own.
I made sure the Embassy got all documents pertaining to that I am clean of any mishap whatsoever.
Currently in pending of i-485 Family-based AOS which I will post new topic about.
Thank you all for the help.
