I had my interview yesterday and the CO congratulated me in Urdu. When I went home, Ceac showed status as 'Admin Processing' but a few hours after that, it showed as ISSUED.

It has been showing like that since yesterday. Is there any time-frame for when the passport can be picked up after the status changed to Issued?

Some a few days,  some a week or so, just stay with it. Ours took 5 days after her interview approved.   It was delivered to a pick up center but you can't count on them emailing to yo being correct. It still shows approved issued and being held in processing to be delivered for us. And she already has it !!!   So  good luck and hope this helps. Ours was in Hong Kong btw.  At the USA embassy there !
