How can I Submit my CIVIL DOCUMENTS? If I am not able to find any UPLOAD CIVIL DOCUMENTS link in "ceac.state.gov" Online account

I have filed an EB5 Application. 

I have submitted my DS260 10days back. 

I am not able to find any UPLOAD CIVIL DOCUMENTS link in "ceac.state.gov" Online account.

Hello mrahman14,
I am glad to receive your reply.
I have gone through that page.
But, My NVC Case Number Starts With "BMB" and NVC didn't mention this on that page.

 

And I already submitted my DS-260 exactly 18 days back.

So should I wait till the Upload link appear in "ceac.state.gov" Online account ?
(If Yes, Then how long it will take to appear the UPLOAD DOCUMENT Link ?)

Or should I send documents via EMAIL?

I would say to call NVC  and get clarification about your option from them first.If you send your documents in wrong method, it might delay your process. Thank you
