I set my appointement with the embassy , it will be this september and we are no collecting documents required by the embassy. I would like some advices and recommendations about how to document or show evidence of ongoing relationship.any suggestions are welcomed.

Yes, it can be a proof of ongoing relationship. You can attach more things if you have. But, the list given above is the basic things that people who are applying for K-1 visa will send together with their petition package.
