Hi fellow vjs,

I am planning to apply for r.oc. in may next year ... I like to plan early lol

i hope all of you are well and not frustrated by uscis too much lol.

I would like to get some feedback on co mingling evidence that is required for R.O.C.

I think i have plenty but who knows...

apt leases of the places we have lived since married with our names on,

each other names on each others cars titles,

utility bills (both our names),

durable financial power of attorney (each giving the other the power,)

last will and testament for each other,

medical power of attorney,

drivers licenses at same address,

named on each others life insurance policies as benefactor

2 joint bank accounts and the monthly statements,

Me as an authorized user on her credit card... (do we need monthly statements from this because my wife seems to think not as i'm only an authorized user but i do have my own card for this account???)

Naming me as  2nd emergency contact at the children's schools , summer camp etc.

'Boarding passes from an international trip we took as a family. (and copies of tourist attraction tickets etc)

Many many selfies from where ever we go since the marriage....

Do i need to

1. keep everyone of my jobs pay slips ? im thinking not really but they show where i live with my wife????

2. Do i need to get new police certificates court records etc from my home country and South Africa (where i lived for a period of time but more than 10 years ago ) I have the ones i used for green card interview but want to know if i need to get new ones closer to may 2018. The u.k. can be obtained very quickly but the South African one being africa takes times so i need to allow a lot longer to obtain that one..?????

Any advice is always appreciated ,

Many thanks,

phil
