Wrong again. I worked in Divorce Court for a very very long time. A text message is not admissable as evidence. I remember only one Annulment that was granted and that was where the wife asked for annulment, because the parties never had sex before marriage and the husband had some sort of dysfunction in that area and was unable to have a "normal sex life" or have children.

Typically for a no-fault state, Fault isnt even discussed. It was few simple questions: Have the objects of martimony broken down and there is no likelihood that the marriage can be reconciled?  Were your statements in your petition true at the time it was filed , and are they true today? If the court does not grant you a divorce, can you go back to your spouse and live as husband and wife? Simple

I would wonder the purpose of seeking an anullment, would it be to have the court find a finding of marriage fraud and submit that to prevent her from Adjusting her status? 

It seems as if this is all about revenge and basically you both made a mistake in entering the marriage. Sometimes you just have to wash your hands of a situation and move on. Being consumed with revenge and hurting the other person may backfire and just cause you more pain and definitley a lot more money. She isn't entitled to any spousal support and none of your assets, she left with a backpack, how difficult could that be? Just move on as peacefully as possible. This marriage was only a few months, why drag out a divorce and entire process longer than the marriage lasted? 🤔

You are getting some real bad legal advice. I mean REALLY bad. With your posts we can only see one side of this and As I said before I really hope the best for her.

I smell a Troll. 

 

If not a troll then this man has a frightening assumption that his wife's body is his property. I am pretty shocked at the amount of people who did not pick up on this on his very first post, much less on the many following.

This post HAS to be fake.  The entire story I mean.

 

Look at the time stamps of his postings in relation to information he is stating, and dates he says he did certain things.

 

If everything adds up date-wise from what I'm following here, the interview day where he blabbed to the IO about his wife defrauding appears to have happened on a Sunday.

I should have read it all before responding. 

 

In a matter of 5 days, he went from thinking about whether to attend the interview or not, to attending and withdrawing the fiancée visa.

 

This is an example of a massive TROLL FAIL thread!!!!
