I have been doing alot of reading and research. Brain overload ha. .I'm awaiting the NOA2. Is the next step to file i-134??? I'm so confused I thought the next step will be for my fiance in the Dominican to get his medical done?? Please help!

I-134 is not filed. The petitioner needs to complete that and send it to the beneficiary for the K-1 interview along with tax transcripts, paystubs, employer letter, bank letter and new letter of intent dated closer to the interview date. Divorce and annulment papers if any.

 

After NOA2, the beneficiary needs to complete DS-160, make fee payment, get the medical done, gather a bunch of documents e.g. birth certificate, police certificate etc.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Sent to your beneficiary/fiance NOT USCIS or the embassy.

 

Tax transcripts for the last 3 years. You can get these from IRS website.

 

Letter from employer stating your position, whether it's permanent or part time, duration you've worked for them and your expected annual income.

The best plan is when you send your fiance your updated letter of intent, you will also include the I-134 and supporting documents in the package, along with any more relationship proof you may have.

Ideally you want at least a few months of pay stubs, 2016 tax return AND corresponding W2 (or a copy of your tax transcript if you can't find those two), and an employer letter stating how long you've been employed, your estimated yearly salary, and if the job is temporary or permanent.
