Hello everyone!

It is almost time for me to fill the Form I -751 for the removal of conditions on my Green card, I am very concerned about the evidence that I will show because prior our marriage we signed a Prenup agreement (I entered the country with a K1 Visa) so....I can't show joint property at all, or bank accounts together or mortgage, or any substantial asset owned by me and my husband. all the assets are his and I don't have absolutely anything, however we have other proves of our real and honest relationship: trips together, insurance, IRS filled jointly for 3 years, millions of pictures, letters from friends, I am the beneficiary of his life insurance, friends affidavits etc...we have all that except property together...so, my question is: Should I include a copy of the prenup agreement in the list of Evidence to remove conditions in order to show to the examiner that the reason why we don't have property together is for the Prenup agreement? OR, will this trigger doubts on the Examiner, about the legitimacy of the marriage?

I am a house wife, I don't work so My husband supports me entirely ... I don't help him with paying the bills or anything but we have Credit card account together.

Not having property together is no big deal, but not co-mingling finances at all is a big red flag.  Not even a joint account for bills etc?  What about a will, giving you his assets should he die?  Are you listed as beneficiary/ next of kin  at his work? Even if the money for paying bills comes from him, are any of them in joint names (this would be good for you to build your credit score too)?

As an older couple , we co mingled nothing and had no real issue with that all the way through.  He is mentioned in my will at a fixed amount and my 3 adult children will be getting over 95% of my estate

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

No, we don't have joint accounts for anything, since I don't work, he pays everything. So, he pays all the bills

The only thing we have together is one credit card.

I am the beneficiary on his life insurance,

Should i include the prenup agreement in the list of evidence so they see that the reason why we don't have property together is because of that?

I am really stressed for all this. :(

Doesn't matter if you don't pay the bills you should have your name on there. Both of your names should be on as much stuff as possible: car insurance (especially if you drive his car), health insurance, credit cards...

The prenup, depending on what's in it I believe it might hurt you more. Even for an outsider this feels like he is terrified you're going to run off with green card and his money. USCIS might say there's no trust in your marriage.
