Rejection Notice I-765 But I-485 got accepted

You just wait until you receive the i-485 NOA1 hardcopy and then send the i-765 package back again, with a copy of the i-485 NOA1, a copy of the rejection notice and the green paper sheet on top of all other documents.

 

You can even print out the form instructions and highlight the part where it says that the i-765 is free if you have a pending i-485 if you like, I did. I even sent back the list of fees I got from USCIS in the rejected package and highlighted the part where it says the i-765 is for free.

hi there i just want to ask because i received all my paper had stamp at the bottom even all the original papers like marriage certificate my question is if it should be fine if i resend them with stamp ? thank you

Yes you can resend, no need to redo it.
