So i've been watching the  EAD estimated timeline  which has been going fowards and backwards and well, my  estimation of adjudication on my profile which just seems to keep changing dates it started on april 7th - 16th and is now sitting at  July 24, 2017 and August 3, 2017*. , but also  the USCIS processing times site says they are processing I- 765 with the date March 2, 2017, I'm not sure if they truely are THAT backed up or if there isn't enough communication between things.

where is everyone at, have they heard anything, is there anything I can do to speed this along  and what not.

Also I submitted a SR  on july 5th im just waiting for a letter now  telling me where i am  in the process, would be great to be able to start work before I start college ... but that doesn't seem likely anymore, i'm just getting sick of my husband always supporting me  I don't think it's fair on him.

When there is a period of increasing processing times that will happen to the VJ estimate. Since it relies on the reported approvals from VJ members it will increase when you are unlucky enough to end up in the middle of such a period, and from x-mas forward the times have been increasing but seemingly plateauing around 90-140-ish days (with odd exceptions on either side of that). Once the plateau becomes more solid the estimates will again be more correct and likewise of course also if the processing times start to go down again - they will again be off for a period of time. For a long time it was taking between 60-90 days and the estimates were therefore very accurate.

Hope you hear something soon! :) I recognize the impatience and the feeling of uselessness!

I really hope so I know my husband is happy for me to be here but I've never had to rely on someone like this I just worry he will become impaitent with me and yeah i'm currently at 108 days, I tried to expidiate it back in may but they requested i had  a job offer to expidiate it even though  most jobs wont even offer you a job if you dont have your correct documents, but  uscis wont  speed it up unless you have a job offer so it's a pain in the roxy in all honesty

If you have a prospective job offer AND if it has been more than 75-90 days since your EAD petition was received by USCIS, my advice would be to submit an expedite request through the National Customer Service Center. Please note that although stated so in the website, the field office no longer forwards expedite requests. Therefore calling the number is much easier. Otherwise, I personally don't understand or trust very much the posted processing times.

I understand. In order to expedite your EAD you will be most likely asked to provide supporting documentation, as I understand it usually a job offer or something that resembles it. It would be important to disclose your status to the potential employer (if you haven't yet) and to request that letter supporting your claim when the time comes (i.e., if it looks like they are indeed ready to hire you).

Good luck!

Three weeks puts you at 129 days - at that point if you were offered a job an expedite most likely wouldn't go faster anyhow. If you don't already have it by then at least you can ask them if they will wait for you another 2 weeks.

Regarding the job offer, the employer can write a job offer letter with a term being the received EAD. That's a way to get around the whole thing with both you and employer getting what they want.

Good luck, let us know! :)
