The 141 and 1471 of the UK

In the UK you can dial 141 before a call to block your number from appearing on the recipients phone. You can also dial 1471 to get the number of the last received call to your phone. Are there any similar numbers in the US?

*67 (before you dial the number you are calling) blocks your number from appearing. I can't remember the other one.

*69 gives you the last number that called your line.

but remember that *69 usually costs per use (or at least it does with SBC)

*82 makes your number show up for this call, if your number is blocked by default.

*67 makes your number blocked for this call, if your number shows up by default.

*69 calls the person who last called you.
