All the best.  Safe Travels

Got CFO handled?

:D yeah, I'm not sure as well.. Nagkataon lang siguro. :D Though I sent the email directly to the CO. :)

We haven't registered for PDOS yet. Should we wait for the visa to be delivered first or we can register to CFO now? :)

Thanks.

I believe you will have to wait as it states on the website that you must possess the visa.

Hi may I ask if cenomar is needed for f3?? Tnx

Are you a Filipino?   All citizens of the Philippines must produce a CENOMAR for the visa interview.

Follow the Embassy Instructions letter for what is required, CENOMAR is listed.

CERTIFICATE OF NO MARRIAGE RECORD (if applicable). You must also submit a CENOMAR issued by the PSA and printed on PSA security paper if you have never contracted a marriage or as deemed necessary bya consular officer. You maycall the PSA Information Center at (632) 737-1111 to inquire about obtaining a CENOMAR or visit their website at

Hello LLG, may I ask what additional documents did they request you provide? I am also an F3 Category and was interviewed last July 6, 2017.

Our visa status is currently in Administrative Processing and the last update was July 19, 2017 after they received the additional documents that we submitted last July 17, 2017. They requested for a new Affidavit of Support Form from our qualified joint sponsor though it was already provided when our PD became current last 2009 (it retrogressed after a few months). Been waiting for an update for almost 3 weeks now and I am not sure if I should send an email to USEM to follow up my case. Did you in any way made a follow up to USEM regarding your case? Thank you. :)

Hi KHKH! May I know if the affidavit you submitted is from the same sponsor when your PD became current in 2009? Or it could be from a new joint sponsor? Our case also retrogressed (in 2010) and we'll be having our interview this December. I'm afraid our sponsors that we filed last 2010 are already retired at this time. Hoping for your reply. Thanks! :)

Hi KLD, we originally submitted two affidavits in 2009. One from the principal sponsor and one from the qualified joint sponsor. When we had our interview last July 2017, the embassy requested for a new affidavit using the latest edition of I-864 form because the ones we submitted in 2009 are no longer valid. Our principal sponsor is already retired so they only asked for a new affidavit from the same qualified joint sponsor. For our retired principal sponsor, they requested for a signed letter of explanation and legal basis for not filing Income Tax Returns. If this scenario is applicable to you, I suggest you prepare these docs before your interview. :)
