Yep.

Knocked out power to pretty much the whole state...washed away stone piers and ocean front roads.

Our mayor was actual out in the bucket of a front loader with a chainsaw trying to clear some roads because there was literally a tree down every few blocks.

This one was about 2 miles down the shore from my house.  These bigger houses fared ok, but it completely knocked out the smaller ones.  Mind you, the waves were higher at night and the photographer wouldn't have been there then.

Wow man...Irene didn't hit us like that. And we're what 50 miles away?

Been a busy weekend here.

Tbone glad you all are ok so far. Keep safe

The Hillbilly surprised me with a puppy today. We named him Jack Sparrow, seemed fitting since we have a Calypso in the coop :P

Cute puppy!  What a nice husband!  Did he hint at it beforehand?

Come to think of it, I was living in Denmark when Sandy hit.

That's like Ralph kramden buying alice a new bowling ball.

Hillbilly needed a new huntin' hound...

Denmark no need to worry about hurricanes.  It's already under water.

1- yeah dogs are expensive. Especially hunting hounds. Dogs are very pricey in NYC.

2- No, it's called "dedication"? Being a "company man"?

Do you have a pic of A-60 with a duck in his mouth?

Not yet.

I'm actually surprised the prices here for good background/reputable breeders dogs aren't higher. Maybe because they have a lot of breeders for the type of dogs I would want.
