08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I am feeling sad & lonely this afternoon, redneck was being a twonk earlier and is now not speaking and I have absolutely no idea why ( all I did was kiss him when he went bed this morning)

Sometimes it feels like I fell into a parallel universe

Now I just got an email from TD bank. I'm included in that "penny arcade" settlement.

Wow man, it's been a pretty cool day. 

 

But quite frankly, the guy who started this lawsuit is an ########. 

So the machine was off by a few pennies, it's convenient!

The TV reports are like a horror movie, egad man.

Widespread street flooding already, with structural flooding soon to come, egad man.

Almost all major freeways impassable -- or, if passable, the feeder roads ain't, no man.

The Many (2x2x2+1) inches forecast just overnight are again coming down, how wet we are man.

And this is just Day One of a Many-(2+2) or Many(2+2+1)-day event, egad man.

So, I bleached my hair twice yesterday and early this morning I'm toning because I couldn't sleep.

 

Later today it'll be going blue and turquoise I think.

Nah, I was careful to only use the strength of developers I really needed.

My following trip:

 

1. Plane from Cozumel to Mexico City, wandering around the airport, seeing a friend, capsule hotel inside the airport to nap.

2. Board the 2:00 AM plane to Tokyo, 14 hours. My circadian clock is trembling. 

3. Arrive to Narita and get a train to Shinjuku, in Tokyo.

4. Enjoy Tokyo for three days

5. Go back to Narita, grab a plane to Bangkok, 6 hours. 

6. Start the volunteering project with Elephants for two weeks 

7. Come back to Narita, then Tokyo again, Airbnb in the suburbs

8. Enjoy Tokyo for three more days

9. Back to Narita then fly back to Mexico City (14 hours again)

10. Stay one night and fly the next back to Cancun then train and bus back to Cozumel.

 

I did this to myself. and I am so excited

➺ 12/21/17 NVC confirmed they received our file 

➺ 01/22/18 Documents sent to Rapidvisa 

➺ 02/05/18  NVC received our package 

➺ 03/15/18 Case complete! 

➺ 06/27/18  We got our Interview date! August 28th 

➺ 08/30/18 The package arrived (waited at Juarez)

➺ 08/31/18 Entered the U.S with my husband 

➺ 02/13/19 Husband confesses he cheated, leaves

➺ 02/16/19 Husband decides to abandon the marriage

➺ 05/13/19  I am officially divorced. 

 ➺ 07/03/20  I file to remove conditions on my own     

 ➺ 08/13/21 I finally get my biometrics appointment 

➺ 02/26/22 I got my interview assigned: March 31st.
