Also, I'm going to kick the Dane's butt into Antartica if he doesn't finish our stupid basement project soon.  He's even got a friend who wants to help him.   

 

And he still has to take a day off from work to go to the construction dump before it closes for the season.  Our local dumpsters don't take concrete.  He needs to dump a lot of concrete.

I was looking for pictures about kids sharing a room and came across this:

This is about the un-safest thing I've seen a parent willingly do in a child's room.  That upper bed is so high and right above the crib!  :o

I think it just looks like its high because it's a tiny bed. 

The bottom of the bed isn't even as high as the middle of the window. 

If that's an 8 foot ceiling, that bed is no higher than a bunk bed.

Mmm, but the older kid is maybe 3 at the most.  I wouldn't let a 3 year old take the top bunk either.  Plus, things will fall on the baby....

That's why bunk beds should be parallel, not perpendicular.  

 

Yeah a 3 year old shouldn't be on top. They like to fall off beds. Turtle's always rolling off the bed.
