WCG (World's Cheapest Gringo) stopped for a cameo visit yestereve, see WCG we man.

He had just bought a player piano for only $Many00 and Many00 rolls of music for only $Many00, absolute steal man.

We are in awe of and wish to emulate him, $i man.

 

Furthermore, he gave us a commercial honeycomb-binder machine for free, one of two bought cheap at Goodwill man.

In reciprocation, we gave him half of half-of-half-a-gallon of ManyWMany motor oil, generous we man.

It's like Christmas every day when he visits, whee man.

Nope.  I did very briefly think about Maine, but there aren't many jobs there.

 

Oregon, people, Oregon.  Even the suburbs look pricey, though.  Small lots, tiny dining areas, etc.  Maybe because a lot of the housing stock is new?  I severely dislike open floor plan living for my own purposes, which practically all of those new houses seem to have.  Kids need containable spaces and the separate rooms keeps the noise volume down.  We're actually thinking about re-separating off part of our living room.  It used to have doors by the marks on the floor too.  It'll make a good study/guest room.

You call and after the report is filed an investigation starts and it takes a little while (up to 45 days in this bank) since they have to see if it was fraud. Pretty similar to immigration, oh, my life.
