I don't know why.  I always remind him that Danes are the much manlier sounding and looking.  They don't have that sing-song accent.

I don't hate anyone, intensely dislike a few but not a whole nation

 

MIL has gone back to her house, she has left a ton of stuff here and has not moved anything out of her house, just shuffled it about some. I worry about her over there and have no clue how we'll get EMT in if anything should happen

I've had to go into houses to extract a patient with a hoarding disorder. It isn't easy, but it can be done. We had a bitty carry chair that was good in very close quarters, so no need to take a big stretcher in.

 

My MIL may be coming home from rehab tomorrow. May be. I don't know, for she hasn't called to say. I suppose I am meant to go the instant she calls, and whisk her out of there by magic.

 

I've told her, and her RN, that I am out the door midday Thursday, set in stone. I've told them both I have tentative arrangements to board the dog. I've further let them know I have a caregiver booked to come that night at 20:00 to spend the night with her. Arrangements people, they need to be in place. And......crickets.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.
