Yeah, me and the Colombiana are skipping the kids thing. We love our dog and probably will get another. The maintenance is pretty low other than the occasional thing that gets misplaced on the floor and is chewed to bits overnight or while we're away at work.

Cold day in you know what before I wake up to let a dog out. They can darn well hold it. Not a single dog I've had wakes up before a normal time to put it out. Animals are creatures of habit once you start they stick to that time. It's also not hard to change their routine. 

 

I'm not talking about puppy stages or old dogs that can't hold it though. That is different and not there fault.

Yup he got the zappy collar on at night now.  Hes over a year old and doesnt need to pee at 2am.  Cats wake me up at 330 daily if hubs goes to the bathroom and doesnt close the door.  I miss having the animals sleep with us but this early rising needs to stop.

Making chocolate cake for giggles.  Be the last sweet I have for a while. Most of it will end up at hubs work.

 Cleaned up both yards today.  All of the branches hubs cut down and left laying around are stacked on the side of the house, front and back lawns are mowed, and it rained so no need to water!  Dog is hilarious with a hose btw.  I'll take a vid next time. 

I wish I had some coke or Pepsi to have a drink... just as a relax night.  My legs and shoulders hurt from good workouts this week but my diet suffered while the kid was here. I dunno what to make for dinner.  I have fish out but I think Ill do it tomorrow.  

Kiddo is at an anime convention this weekend with friends.  Dressed up as Eevee.  Best friend apparently thought we bought the main outfit part but I sewed it.  3 cheers me!

Tomorrow will be laundry and house cleaning day.  I am hoping to also get time to change the oil and air filters in the car and change the spark plugs too.  It needs a coolant flush but I may need to take it to a shop for that so they can dispose of the coolant.

Anyhow imma gonna watch Britain's Greatest Baking Show on Netflix.  Food looks so yummy! (Tummy growling already... lol)

Amidst everything going on, I had the worst insurance company for my residence. 

Occidental. We went through this 2 years ago. They suck. No email, no text, no autopay. No comprehensive website. 

If you forget to pay, you're cancelled. 

And how? once again? did I find out I was cancelled? 

A letter from my bank! Not the insurance company.

As I was having dinner, opening mail.....

 

Scrambled to get homeowners insurance just now. 

And I got it! Over the course of 1 hour. 

Thank you Liberty Mutual! 

How ####### frustrating. 

And a wife that pays no mind to any of this ####. 

Once again, she takes everything for granted. 

 

And, I really do need a PA.

Nothing, just cancel your coverage and don't even tell you? Wow! I reckon they did you a favour, I can only imagine how good they'd be if you made a claim...

Ewww.  One of the things I like about having an actual insurance agent nearby is that they call you with changes and stay on top of things.  I'm kind of serious about making sure the insurance is paid up.

This was bought thru my insurance agent of 25 years! 

he used to front the bill for me if I forgot to pay.

In todays day and age....

No email? No text? No website? 

Just a payment page that you have to check once in a while. 

 

I know another company that's stuck in the 19th century. 

Capital One Commercial banking. they suck! 

I swear if you borrow money from them, and you don't pay, they won't be able to find the original documents for court to prove you owe them anything. 

It's happened before.

Yay Cake!! I love chocolate cake it's my favourite, but I really don't eat much of it. 

Ugh the Hillbilly leaves branches when he cuts things. I told him off the last time he did it. You make the mess you darn well better clean it.

I don't pay attention to any of it either. Not because I don't know how or anything but because I had to take care of it all before and now I don't need to worry about it.

Oh that sucks. I have trouble falling asleep, but once I'm asleep as long as my legs don't wake hurt nothing is going to keep me awake.
