It's a little place called Maggie Smiths Irish Pub and the closest thing to a real pub down here, minus that all pubs, sports bars, and taverns seem to let kids in... ####### USA? Lol

They have fish and chips, bangers and mash, shepherd's pie, corned beef and cabbage, plus regular pub food.  A huge selection of irish whiskey and scot whisky too.  Really busy at night and missing some pool tables too

I remember going into pubs in England when I was a kid and sitting at the bar!

Irish pubs in New York were always a family affair for me and you'd likely get away with drinking too if underage.  We had one right down the street from where I lived and it was fantastic - loud, Irish music and dancing on holidays and some weekends, actual Irish people there, you know, how it is supposed to be.  I grew up in this very Italian/Irish/Jewish area and it would be a sacrilege to even suggest children weren't welcome somewhere.  Everything was about big families and paying special attention to children.  My kids don't get that living in the Midwest, which is sad.

Whatever floats yer boat.  Ive been in a lot of pubs and bars.  Sometimes its nice to be places kids arent allowed.  But maybe thats why i have one kid.  Who knows.

Oh I totally get it.  I don't take my toddler anywhere but Panera or Noodles because he's loud and annoying.  I think it is a cultural thing, to be honest.  There are two places somewhat locally to me that only allow children in two days a week, but they cater to college kids the rest of the time.

I know there were places in Colorado that are 21+ to enter because I remember being carded to get in and not just clubs.

We used to hang out at a great place near the drop zone in NZ. The Parakai Pub Family Bar. Kids in and out all day, but not after 8.

I live in a dry county now, the nearest place to get a meal and a drink is over the county line. Just over :)

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Why does turtle have her hand inside her diaper picking on her butt...

Speaking of turtle, she developed a fad for Halloween and ghosts...

She'd go "hal-yo-ween! Ghost!" And tense up...kinda  funny
